1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MonetifyGram platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

2. Neutral Platform Disclaimer

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that MonetifyGram is a neutral technology provider. We provide the infrastructure for ad-rewards and Telegram channel management. We do not create, curate, or pre-screen content posted by users. We are not a publisher and do not endorse any user-generated content.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT you create, upload, or distribute through the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary licenses and permissions for your content.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram bot tokens and account credentials.
• You MUST comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

6. Monetization & Rewards

The Service facilitates rewards via third-party networks (e.g., Monetag). We are not responsible for the payment policies, delays, or disputes arising from third-party advertising partners. We reserve the right to modify reward structures or suspend payouts if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

7.1 Plans and Billing Periods

The Service is offered on a Free tier and on paid tiers (currently Pro and Enterprise). Paid tiers may be purchased on a monthly term of 30 days or an annual term of 365 days. Current prices, entitlements and any promotional annual discount are displayed on the in-product plans page at the time of purchase, and that display governs the transaction.

7.2 Payment Method

All paid plans are purchased exclusively through Telegram Stars (XTR) inside the Telegram application. We do not collect, process, or store your card details, bank details, or other payment credentials. Your purchase of Stars, and any refund of them, is governed by Telegram's own terms and policies, over which we have no control.

7.3 Term, Expiry and Downgrade

Paid access is granted for the term you purchased and is time-limited, not automatically recurring on our side. When a term ends without a further purchase, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier and Free-tier limits apply from that moment. Content you have already created is not deleted, but channels in excess of your Free-tier limit may become read-only until you remove some or purchase a new term.

7.4 Upgrades and Stacking

Purchasing a new term while an existing term is still running adds the new time to your remaining balance rather than replacing it. Purchasing a higher tier applies that tier's entitlements immediately. We do not currently offer prorated credit for the unused portion of a lower tier.

7.5 Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where refund is required by applicable law. Because settlement occurs in Telegram Stars, any refund we agree to must be issued through Telegram's refund mechanism and is subject to Telegram's rules and timeframes. Where a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may immediately revoke the corresponding entitlements and reverse any referral commission that purchase generated.

7.6 Price Changes and Taxes

We may change prices or plan entitlements at any time. Changes do not affect a term you have already paid for; they apply to purchases made after the change is published. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your purchase or from any earnings you receive through the Service.

8. Referral Program

We may offer a referral program that rewards you for introducing new creators to the Service. Participation is voluntary and subject to this Section 8 and to the program parameters published in your dashboard, which are authoritative and may change.

8.1 Referral Links and Attribution

Each account is issued a unique referral code and link. A person is attributed to you if they arrive through your link and submit an application within the attribution window (currently 30 days), as recorded by our servers. Our records of attribution are final. Attribution may fail for reasons outside our control, including the visitor clearing cookies, using a different device or browser, or blocking tracking, and we are not liable for rewards lost as a result.

8.2 Signup Bonus

When a person you referred submits an application and that application is accepted by an administrator, we credit your account with the published number of bonus days of the Pro tier. Applications that are rejected, withdrawn, duplicated, or never reviewed earn nothing. Bonus days are added to your existing subscription balance; if you are already on a tier equal to or higher than Pro, the days extend your current tier rather than changing it.

8.3 Commission on Purchases

When a person attributed to you purchases a paid plan, you earn the published commission percentage of that purchase, denominated in Telegram Stars. Commissions on monthly plans are earned for a limited number of billing cycles per referred user, as published in your dashboard. Commissions on annual purchases are earned on the purchase itself. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, exclusive of any taxes or third-party fees.

8.4 Approval, Balances and Payouts

Earned commission is recorded in your account as a pending balance. Commission becomes withdrawable only after administrative review, which allows us to account for refunds, chargebacks and fraud. Once your approved balance meets the published minimum, you may request a payout to PayPal, Telegram Stars, or a TON wallet. Payouts are settled manually and are not instant. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the payout destination you provide; we are not liable for funds sent to an address, email, or handle you entered incorrectly, and such payments cannot be recovered.

8.5 Prohibited Referral Conduct

The following will void the rewards concerned and may result in termination:

• Referring yourself, or creating or controlling accounts in order to claim rewards.
• Coordinating with others to generate referrals that do not represent genuine, independent users.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or posting your link where it is not permitted.
• Misrepresenting MonetifyGram, its pricing, or its earnings potential; making guarantees of income on our behalf.
• Impersonating MonetifyGram, bidding on our brand terms in paid search, or presenting your link as an official MonetifyGram channel.
• Any attempt to manipulate attribution, cycle counting, or payout logic.

8.6 Reversal and Forfeiture

We may withhold, void, or reverse any referral reward at our discretion, including after it has been credited, where the underlying purchase is refunded or charged back, where the referred account is suspended or found to be inauthentic, or where we reasonably believe this Section has been breached. Reversal of a signup bonus removes the corresponding days from your subscription. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any unpaid balance is forfeited.

8.7 Nature of the Relationship

Participation does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of MonetifyGram, and does not entitle you to act on our behalf. Referral rewards have no cash value except through the payout process described above. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on amounts you receive, and for complying with any disclosure rules that apply to you when promoting a paid referral link, including advertising-disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.

8.8 Changes to the Program

We may change the commission rate, bonus amount, cycle caps, minimum payout, payout methods, or any other program parameter, and we may suspend or end the program entirely, at any time and without notice. Changes apply to rewards earned after the change. Balances already approved at the time of a change will be honoured under the terms in effect when they were earned.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS MonetifyGram and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION: Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, not in a court of law. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
