Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using MonetifyGram. Our goal is to maintain a safe, professional, and reliable platform for content creators and advertisers.
2. Expressly Forbidden Activities
You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute content that involves:

Illegal Acts Promotion of illegal substances, human trafficking, or terrorism.

Exploitation Any form of child abuse, exploitation, or non-consensual content.

Violence Gratuitous violence, gore, or threats of physical harm.

Harassment Bullying, doxxing, or targeting individuals for abuse.
3. Technical Restrictions
To ensure platform stability, users must not:
- Attempt to scrape data from the Service or its users.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any form of malicious code.
- Bypass ad-view requirements or manipulate engagement metrics artificially.
- Automate account creation or post generation without explicit API authorization.
4. Referral Program Conduct
Referral rewards are paid for introducing real, independent creators to the platform. When sharing your referral link, you must not:
- Refer yourself, or create, control, or coordinate accounts in order to claim rewards.
- Post your link as unsolicited bulk messages, or in any channel, group, or forum where promotional links are not permitted.
- Present yourself as MonetifyGram, imply official affiliation, or bid on MonetifyGram brand terms in paid search.
- Guarantee earnings, misstate our pricing, or make any claim about the Service we have not published ourselves.
- Interfere with referral attribution, cycle counting, or payout logic by any technical means.
Rewards from referrals that breach this section are voided and reversed, including bonus days already added to a subscription, and repeat abuse results in account termination with forfeiture of any unpaid balance.
5. Content Moderation
No Duty to Monitor: While we reserve the right to remove content that violates this AUP, we have no obligation to pre-screen or monitor all user-generated content.
Reporting: Users can report violations via the "Report Content" mechanism or by emailing abuse@monetifygram.com.
6. Telegram Compliance
Your use of the Service must strictly adhere to the Telegram Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any violation of Telegram's rules that results in bot suspension is the user's sole responsibility.
7. Enforcement
We may take enforcement actions including, but not limited to:
- Issuing a formal warning.
- Temporary suspension of account functions.
- Permanent account ban without refund.
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this Policy at our sole discretion.
